Online Individual & Couples Therapy

Cost: Copayments typically between $5-$30 with insurance. Private pay: $125 for individual and $190 for couples

This online 50 minute individual therapy is for adults and couples. I use a third-party company that manages all billing, verification of insurance, and initial intake paperwork. To schedule, please use the contact form below or reach to me for support with getting scheduled.

Individual adult therapy will be provided in-person in the near future. Therapy with Emmalee is working hard to build this option for clients.

What to Expect

Choosing to start therapy is always a mixed bag of emotions. Whether you recognized yourself that you have hit a wall or others around you are encouraging you, taking the first step can be unnerving.

The first session will be all about learning who you are, what brought you to therapy, and your goals. This first session will be 50 minutes long and will include a variety of questions. Each following session will also be 50 minutes long and the focus will vary depending on your needs and goals. Typically therapy is weekly, but I aim to be flexible to meet your needs.

In my practice I use a variety of therapeutic interventions, but the overarching goal being allowing you to set the pace and goals of your therapy. Client’s with me have said that they appreciate my straightforward approach and bringing humor into sessions.
